Order Processing

At Armada Gear, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

If there are any delays due to high order volume or supply issues, we’ll contact you directly with an updated timeline.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship across Canada.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier availability.

Some of our products — including rooftop tents and awnings — are shipped via freight carriers due to their size and weight.

  • A delivery appointment may be required.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@armadagear.ca with photos and your order number.

International Shipping

At this time, Armada Gear ships only within Canada.
For special shipping requests outside of Canada, please reach out to us directly at info@armadagear.ca.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress in real time.

Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages

Armada Gear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. However, we’ll gladly assist in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue whenever possible.

If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
