Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a credit card was used for payment, a 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our fees incurred in the original transaction, and shipping charges in connection with the original delivery of the product are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment and the costs associated with returning the item. Any damage that may occur during return shipping is the customer's responsibility to address with the freight company. We cannot process refunds on damaged items.
Once the item is received back, it will be inspected, and if found to be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition, a refund will be issued. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your tent with a noticeable damaged box, take photos right away, and open the box in front of the driver to ensure there is no damage to the actual tent. The shipping company will deny any damage claims if the receiver signs off and accepts the product as is.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
